Limited Warranty for Hardware and Cabling

Good IT Solutions, LLC provides a limited warranty on all hardware products and cabling installed or shipped to the customer. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or shipping, whichever applies.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Any items shipped by Good IT Solutions, LLC were in good working condition at the time of shipping.

2. Shipping Damage

  • If an item is damaged during transportation, the customer must notify Good IT Solutions, LLC immediately and return the damaged item for inspection and potential replacement.

  • Good IT Solutions, LLC will attempt to resolve shipping damage issues with the carrier, but the customer must return the damaged item first to initiate this process.

3. Optional Shipping Insurance

  • Customers may request shipping insurance for higher-value items at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping insurance is optional and offered at the customer’s expense.

4. Warranty Exclusions

  • This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation (if not performed by Good IT Solutions, LLC), unauthorized modifications, or external events such as accidents or natural disasters.

  • Transportation costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

    • Customers must contact Good IT Solutions, LLC at <Link to Contact Us form> or Phone: 801.999.0884 to file a warranty claim. Proof of purchase and/or installation date may be required.

    • Replacement or repair of covered items is at the discretion of Good IT Solutions, LLC.

By purchasing or installing hardware or cabling from Good IT Solutions, LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this limited warranty.
