The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation and, if unsuccessful, through mediation facilitated by a mutually agreed-upon neutral mediator. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
